What stays on your device

Every member you enter, with their name, bowstyle, category and age group, every score, every competition sheet and your club settings are written to your browser's own IndexedDB storage in a database called endbook. The single score calculator remembers its last round and score in local storage under endbook-calculator. There is no server side to this site: it is a set of static files. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere.

That means the club book belongs to one browser on one device. It does not follow you to another computer, it is not backed up by us, and nobody else can read it. Clearing site data for this site removes it permanently. Export a backup from the records desk to keep a copy or to hand the job to the next records officer, and add a passphrase if you want the file itself locked.

Your members' details

You are the one holding your members' names and scores, so your club's own data protection arrangements apply to them as they would to a spreadsheet. Endbook keeps nothing beyond what you type, asks for no dates of birth (only an age group), and no member ever needs an account or an app.

Spreadsheets stay on your device too

A spreadsheet you import is read inside the page. It is not uploaded, stored or seen by us.

Printing

Lists, claim sheets and results print through your browser's own print dialog, and saving as PDF is done by your computer. Anyone who sees a printed list sees what is on it, so print only what your club is happy to pin up.

No accounts

There is no sign up, no sign in, no email capture and no password to lose.

What is collected

No account, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics of what you enter. Standard web server logs kept by the static host may record the request for a page, its time, and a network address, in the ordinary way any web server records a request.

Page counts

This site counts page visits through Cloudflare. The count sets no cookie, it cannot follow you from here to another site, and nothing you enter is part of it. It records that a page was opened, not what you typed.

Purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe, who receive what a checkout needs. An anonymous purchase id is then kept in this browser so your access is recognised. Your club book is never sent to them.

Cookies

Endbook sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or cross site tracking scripts.

Typeface

The site is set in Schibsted Grotesk by Bakken and Baeck for Schibsted Media, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font file is served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.

Junior members

Clubs often record junior archers. Only an age group is kept, never a date of birth, and nothing leaves the browser, so there is no personal information about a child for us to hold, share or delete.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will appear on this page.

Contact

Questions about privacy go to [email protected]. Since nothing is stored on a server, most requests are answered by telling you which browser storage to clear.
