What this is

Endbook is a helper for archery club records officers. It keeps the members and scores you enter, works out handicaps, classifications, records, badges and allowances from them with published equations, and prints what it worked out. It is not a governing body, it awards nothing, and it does not check that anything you entered is true.

Claims and the rules

Claims are verified by your records officer. Classification and badge claims printed here are a records officer's working papers, not an award. Where a rule is a setting (such as how averages are rounded, or the 252 targets), the default names its source; clubs and counties differ, and where anything here disagrees with the current rules of your governing body or county, those rules govern. Rules are paraphrased, never reproduced, and no official form or table layout is copied. Endbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Archery GB, Archery Australia, Archery New Zealand, World Archery or any county or regional archery association.

Your records

Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. It can be cleared by you at any time, cannot be recovered by us, and does not follow you to another device. Keep backups.

What is free

The single score calculator, one handicap shoot results sheet, a small ledger, every guide, and a plain export of your own club book are free to use with no account and stay that way. When billing is enabled, a paid tier sits on top of that and adds room and reports. Nothing that gets your own records out is moved behind a payment.

Refunds

Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:

That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Acceptable use

Use the site to keep your club's records and print your club's lists. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not present its output as a governing body's document or award.

Warranty and liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Endbook is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it, including a handicap, classification or claim that is not accepted. A result here is a calculation on what you typed.
